What exactly does Scout do?
Scout lets you enter a game title and returns YouTube creators who have actively covered that game within the last 6 months. Each result includes channel details like subscriber count, recent relevant video, and a direct link to their About page for outreach.
What are search credits?
Each search credit lets you run one game query. Every search returns a list of creators based on that game. Credits are consumed per search, not per creator result.
Is this a subscription?
No — Scout uses one-time credit packs. You pay once and receive a set number of search credits that never expire.
Can I add more credits later?
Yes. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. All credits stack and never expire, so you can build up a larger balance whenever you need more searches.
What do I get in the CSV export?
Your selected creators including channel name, channel URL, subscriber count, recent relevant video title, and a direct About page link for outreach. The file is formatted for tools like Notion, Airtable, and CRM systems.
What does Scout Pro give me?
Pro includes higher credit packs (20 searches) which enables access to tools like the CRM dashboard and email template generator for managing and scaling outreach campaigns.
How do I access the email template generator and CRM dashboard?

Scout uses the YouTube Data API to retrieve and filter creators in real time. Results are generated dynamically based on recent activity, not static or prebuilt databases.
